Before she was even a teenager, Naomi fell in love with southwest Florida. Growing up she regularly visited on vacation with her family and in 2010 she relocated from Toronto, Canada to Sarasota. Naomi spent the first two years purchasing, renovating and selling houses around the Sarasota area. This gave her the opportunity to view many properties and she experienced first-hand the amount damage that occurs to vacant buildings in tropical climate. Over the next two years, the number of snowbirds continued to increase and Florida property values were rising quickly. Foreclosure were no longer readily available for purchase, but with more people buying vacation homes in the Sarasota area, Naomi could see a growing need for reliable residential property management. By combining her expertise in residential real estate and her experience renovating vacant properties in south Florida, Premier Property | Home Watch Services was founded. Now with over a decade of experience through tropical storms, hurricanes and power outages, there has yet to be a situation she can't handle.
